Our model provides organizations with a five-level process to assist them in developing their Safety Processes and Safety Culture. The five levels are Emerging, Managing, Involving, Cooperating, and Continuous Improvement. An organization’s level of maturity is determined on the basis of their maturity on ten elements. Deciding which level is most appropriate is based on the average level achieved by the organization or installation being evaluated.
